Josh helped start Predata to tackle the challenges of understanding the internet beyond the realm of traditional social monitoring. Prior to founding Predata, Josh spent 10 years in the intelligence community focused on SIGINT tradecraft and analysis—both in the military and as a civilian. Josh is a passionate advocate of the DC Hospitality Industry.

Molly leads the team that manages Predata’s out–of-the-box geopolitical dataset and develops custom analytic products for key customers. She also serves as Predata’s Russia/Eurasia subject matter expert, leveraging her time in Department of State programs in Russia and her travels through the former Soviet Union. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and refinishing her creaky, old house.

Ben graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Politics and a minor in Philosophy. Before joining Predata, he spent 4 years building the machine learning system for an AI personal assistant at x.ai. Ben enjoys playing speed chess and swimming long distances.
